Advanced Spiritual Practice
Arhatic Yoga
The Synthesis of Yogas
A comprehensive system of spiritual development that integrates seven yogas into one powerful practice, rapidly and safely accelerating the evolution of the Soul.
What is Arhatic Yoga?
The word “Arhatic” is derived from “Arhat,” an ancient Buddhist term meaning “perfected one” or “highly evolved being.” Arhatic Yoga is an advanced system of spiritual development with origins rooted in the ancient practices of China, India, and Tibet.
Developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, Arhatic Yoga is a modern synthesis dealing with powerful ancient techniques made safe and accessible for today's practitioners. It is often called the “Yoga of Synthesis” because it integrates all major yogas into one comprehensive system.
Arhatic Yoga is a path of intellect, will, power, and heart — a balanced approach that develops the whole being rather than emphasizing one aspect at the expense of others.
This is not a religion. Arhatic Yoga offers universal teachings that practitioners of all faiths and backgrounds can apply. The focus is on direct spiritual experience, inner purification, and the systematic development of character and consciousness.
One System, Seven Paths
The Seven Yogas Combined
Arhatic Yoga synthesizes these seven traditions into a single integrated practice, drawing on the strengths of each to create a balanced and accelerated path of development.
Raja Yoga
The yoga of will and power — developing mastery over the mind and emotions.
Karma Yoga
The yoga of service and right action — purifying the soul through selfless contribution.
Kundalini Yoga
The yoga of sacred energy — safely awakening and channeling the powerful kundalini force.
Gnana Yoga
The yoga of intellect and wisdom — cultivating higher understanding and discernment.
Bhakti Yoga
The yoga of devotion and the heart — developing love, compassion and inner connection.
Mantra Yoga
The yoga of sacred sound — using powerful mantras to accelerate spiritual development.
Simplified Hatha Yoga
Physical postures refined for the modern practitioner to strengthen the energy body.
The Synthesis
By weaving all seven yogas together, practitioners walk a balanced path of intellect, will, power, and heart — developing the whole being.
Benefits of Arhatic Yoga Practice
How Arhatic Yoga Works
Systematic Chakra Activation
Through carefully designed meditations and exercises, Arhatic Yoga systematically activates the chakras and awakens the “sacred fires” (kundalini energy) safely. Unlike approaches that push for rapid kundalini awakening without preparation, this system includes thorough purification practices to ensure the process unfolds safely and gradually.
Purification & Character Building
With regular practice and a focus on inner purification, practitioners achieve greater self-mastery. Arhatic Yoga balances the negative properties within the chakras — such as fear, anger, and attachment — allowing for genuine spiritual growth anchored in a strong moral foundation.
Expansion of Consciousness
As the energy body becomes cleaner and the chakras more active, practitioners may experience glimpses of illumination and expansion of consciousness. This is the natural result of increased energy flow and the progressive awakening of the higher faculties latent within every person.
